Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager for the Surgery Unit to oversee patient care and administrative functions on a 24-hour basis. Is accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of the nursing unit on a 24-hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the Nurse Manager position.
Minimum Education:
None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority.
Minimum Experience:
Three (3) years of recent clinical experience. Two (2) years of leadership/managerial experience preferred.
Licensure Requirement:
Current state registered nurse license.
