Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Lakewood, WA seeks a Nurse Manager (RN/LPN) to lead nursing operations, supervise clinical teams, and drive patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic.

The role partners with the Health Center Administrator and Medical Director to meet CQMs, regulatory standards, and provider productivity while delivering exceptional service to diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN license required (BSN preferred).
• LPN may be considered with equivalent experience.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nurses, MA Supervisors, Medical Assistants, Care Coordinators, and other clinical staff.
• Ensure CQMs are met and patient care gaps closed.
• Monitor clinic operations, patient flow, and productivity targets.
• Lead staff training, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Support infection control, medication management, and regulatory compliance.

This role partners closely with the Health Center Administrator and Medical Director to achieve clinical quality goals, maintain regulatory compliance, support provider productivity, and ensure exceptional patient service.**Key Duties:*** Supervise and support nurses, MA Supervisors, Medical Assistants, Care Coordinators, and other clinical support staff* Ensure achievement of Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs) and closure of patient care gaps* Monitor clinic operations, patient flow, and provider productivity targets* Conduct staff training, competency assessments, audits, and performance evaluations* Oversee infection control, medication management, quality controls, and regulatory compliance* Manage referrals, patient follow-up activities, and patient grievances* Lead quality improvement initiatives utilizing the PDSA model* Support team-based care and implementation of the Patient-Centered Medical Home model* Assist with clinic operations and provide clinical support as needed**Qualifications:*** Active Washington State RN license required (BSN preferred)* LPN may be considered with equivalent experience* Ambulatory care experience preferred* Supervisory or management experience preferred* BLS/CPR certification required within 90 days of hire* Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredFast-paced outpatient medical clinic environment.
