Job summary

CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs Rehabilitation Hospital, a partner of Encompass Health, seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the inpatient rehabilitation team. You will oversee nursing care, ensure timely patient activities, and coordinate staffing to deliver compassionate, high-quality rehab services.

The role emphasizes leadership, patient outcomes, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance recovery experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires active RN licensure in the United States.
• BSN or related field preferred.
• BLScertification and CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of starting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care, treatment and services on assigned shift or unit.
• Ensure all patient care activities are completed as required.
• Assign appropriate nursing personnel and ensure attendance.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with leadership for staff development.
• Celebrate patient victories and improve care quality.

• Previousleadershiprole,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
