Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse with current state licensure.
• BSN preferred; advanced nursing credentials encouraged.
• ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within one year of starting.
• Prior inpatient leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care, treatment and services for assigned shift/unit.
• Ensures completion of patient care activities per protocol.
• Assigns nursing staff and ensures presence for care delivery.
• Identifies training needs and resources with leadership partners.
• Celebrating patient victories along the journey.
