Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians in our Wellness/Resident Services Center. You will act as shift supervisor in the Director’s absence, ensuring safe, attentive care for residents.

You must hold an active LPN certification and have experience supervising staff and overseeing medications.

Qualifications

• Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment.
• You must have an active LPN certification.
• Experience with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.
• Careful, reliable and observant with an understanding of MARs and doctors' orders.
• Excellent prioritizing, multi-tasking and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians.
• Act as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration with kindness and professionalism.
• Lead the team to ensure high-quality resident care and safety.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians in the busy Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community. Acting as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as in the administration of their medications — all while leading the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness. Your role is essential to the care and safety of residents who choose to call The Bristal home. The loving care and professionalism you bring to the services you provide are fundamental to the quality of life and the general wellbeing of our residents every day.

Additional Responsibilities Include

• Following all policies and procedures, and adhering to the instructions of the Director of Wellness
• Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment
