ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate nurse for our developmental brain injury services and residential programs in western Massachusetts. You will join a team providing personalized care in homes with a 5:1 client: nurse ratio.

Qualifications

• Valid MA Nursing License.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position.
• Good communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate healthcare services to ensure the best possible care.
• Document nursing interventions and changes, including progress notes and daily logs.
• Maintain medication and treatment orders and monitor for side effects.
• Teach and train staff in personal care techniques and safe device use.
• Assist individuals with ADLs and support independence.
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments and day programs.
• Take on additional assignments to provide the best support.
