Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while supporting our family-focused care mission.

This position offers a great opportunity for LPNs or RNs looking to start or continue their careers in a dedicated, compassionate environment. Our team is committed to providing the best quality care for our residents.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting pay based on experience: $28.50/hour for LPNs, $35/hour for RNs. Night shift differential: $0.50-$0.75/hour.

The typical schedule is three 12-hour night shifts per week, from 7 pm to 7 am, with an every-other-weekend rotation. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities
  1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  2. Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
  3. Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  4. Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
  5. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
  6. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  7. Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
