We are hiringdedicated and compassionate LPN and RNto join our skilled nursing team in New Castle, PA. If you're passionate about long-term care and looking for a supportive work environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Location:Lawrence County (NewCastle, PA) or within a 25‑mile radius—such as Beaver, Butler, or Mercer County.

Pay for RN:$38-$44 per hour

Pay for LPN:$29 to $34 per hour

Shift Differentials:+$1.50/hr forAfternoons & Midnights

What You'll Do (RN):

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer and evaluate nursing care with excellence
• Supervise nursing assistants and team members in delivering top-tier care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support infection control, health, and safety policies
• Be a leader and role model of our caring, inclusive culture

What You’ll Do (LPN):

• Provide and evaluate compassionate nursing care to residents
• Lead and support Nursing Assistants and other staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and care teams
• Maintain a safe, clean, and uplifting environment

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and reliability
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts (12-hour days or nights)
• A warm, caring personality and a team-first attitude
• Previous long-term care experience is a plus—but not required!
