Job summary

Wallick Communities is hiring aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Ashford of Mt. Washington in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role offers a pay rate of $29/hour plus shift differential, with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

You will deliver nursing care to residents, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation, while working closely with the team to support residents’ independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A valid and unencumbered state LPN license.
• 1+ years of experience as an LPN preferred in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus and collaboration is essential.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you’ll deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents—ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. Your day-to-day will include:

• Collaborating as a team to provide quality care that reflects our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.


• Administering medications and treatments according to personalized care plans.

• Maintaining precise and up-to-date documentation.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for compassionate nurses who feel called to care for the elderly. Our nurses take pride in providing a wonderful home for our seniors and working together as a team to make that happen. We’re looking for nurses with:

• A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License.


• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus, and a collaborative spirit is essential.
