Rutland Center for Living is seeking registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our team under the Nurses for Nursing Homes program. Eligible candidates may receive substantial loan repayment and stipends in exchange for a multi-year commitment.
Staff who join us may qualify for up to $40,000 toward student loans and a $10,000 stipend, paid directly, in exchange for a 3-year commitment working 30+ hours per week at our Rutland, VT facility.
