Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a LPN/RN Wellness Director to lead the clinical team in a sophisticated community, ensuring quality care and compliance with Brookdale standards.

The role emphasizes nursing leadership, staff mentoring, resident and family satisfaction, and collaboration with physicians and administrators to optimize care delivery. A state nursing license and 3+ years of leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education as required to obtain state nursing license and state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Driver's license required.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with clinical leadership preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical services of a more complex community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
• Supervise licensed nurses and direct care staff; provide coaching and leadership.
• Lead additional clinical leadership team up to five members.
