Job summary
Beacon Health Management is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services in Hazlehurst, GA. The role supports the Unit Director in developing and implementing individualized Nursing Care Plans and leading nursing staff per shift.
Qualified candidates must graduate from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and hold current licensure in Georgia.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
- Current Georgia Nursing License required.
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in development and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans.
- Support the Unit Director with supervision of nursing personnel.
- Handle daily operations of the unit on per-shift basis and provide leadership as needed.
