Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager Ambulatory. The position requires supervision of patient care, clinical personnel, and unit operations within a busy ambulatory setting.

The ASNM will oversee daily operations, manage resources and payroll, and ensure safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care aligned with the organization’s strategic plan. The role collaborates with leadership, leads performance improvement work, and may provide staff RN support

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Existing incumbents must obtain BSN within 3 years of March 1, 2024
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Registered Nurse, CT license and BLS certification required
• Other certifications may be required by specialty
• Knowledge of nursing and healthcare administration principles
