Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires BSN and WA RN license.
• 2 years recent experience in Critical Care with leadership qualities.
• Experience as a Charge Nurse or in a supervisory role within L&D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the unit with the Manager.
• Ensure 24-hour patient care coverage and monitor rounds for satisfaction.
• Coordinate patient care activities and collaborate with the health care team.
• Develop and monitor quality improvement initiatives and apply lean problem-solving.
