Job summary

Owensboro Health Regional Hospital is seeking a Part Time Accreditation Leader (0.5 FTE) to provide oversight, consultation, research, management, and education in a defined clinical program.

The role includes coordinating activities, supporting staff, and guiding performance improvement initiatives. Kentucky RN licensure is required, with a BSN required and MSN preferred; experience with regulatory surveys is valued.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Kentucky required upon hire.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Experience coordinating clinical programs and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight, consultation, research, management, and education in a specific clinical area.
• Coordinates activities, projects and operational efforts for the clinical program.
• Manages regulatory site visits/surveys related to the program.
• Works with stakeholders to plan and evaluate multidisciplinary process improvements.
• Leads interdisciplinary meetings to promote process improvement and change management.
• Uses data collection and analysis and quality improvement tools to drive outcomes.
