Job summary

Westminster Point Pleasant in Bradenton, FL is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing - Clinical to advance staff competency and lead quality improvement initiatives. This role collaborates with the leadership team to plan, implement, and evaluate process improvements affecting patient care and operations.

Requirements include active RN license in Florida, CPR certification, and 3+ years in long-term care with leadership exposure. Local candidates preferred for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license in Florida with CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years in long-term care as staff nurse; 6+ months in nurse leadership.
• Willingness to comply with vaccination requirements and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, conduct and schedule learning experiences for facility staff.
• Utilize QAPI as a performance improvement model for nursing.
• Collaborate with RHSD and DON to review policies and ensure compliance.
• Monitor QM/Metrics and drive improvement opportunities.
• Interview, hire, and terminate nursing department staff as needed.
