Job summary

Banner Health Corporate Tucson unit is seeking an experienced nursing leader for Cardio and Radiology Services. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality patient care while guiding staff and ensuring safety.

The role requires a BSN, active RN license, and 2+ years in Cardiology/PACU with 3+ years in leadership, including managing direct reports. Full-time daytime shift with after-hours support, in a teaching hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and active RN license in state of practice.
• BSN is required for all individuals entering the role.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in Cardiology, PCU, and/or PACU.

Responsibilities

• Oversees unit operations to ensure smooth patient care and staffing.
• Manages patient and staff satisfaction while promoting safety and retention.
