Qualifications

• Requires a BSN degree or 3 years of clinical leadership experience.
• Experience leading home health operations and teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Tucson Home Health market.
• Manage and inspire a team of 25+ clinicians.
• Oversee patient census and drive growth, marketing, and clinical quality initiatives.
• Provide evidence-based clinical mentorship to the team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient outcomes.
