Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CT RN license or Compact license.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for one year of general experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning of care and nursing process.
• Supervise nursing staff and determine priorities.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to standards.
• Develop and evaluate nursing care plans and direct care delivery.
