Job summary

Adventist Health is seeking an RN Nurse Lead to guide compassionate, whole-person care within our faith-based, nonprofit health system. The role includes direct bedside nursing, daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow coordination, while mentoring nurses and CNAs and supporting evidence-based practice.

You will champion quality, safety, and infection-prevention standards, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and provide education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• California RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or charge nurse experience.
• Strong clinical expertise in acute care and patient safety.

Responsibilities
