• Develops clinical skills under RN guidance and applies evidence-based practices.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment and ensures safety standards.
• Documents tasks and observations clearly and timely, per facility policies.
• Performs hourly rounding and supports therapeutic patient interactions.
• Upholds excellent customer service relations with patients, families, and departments.
