Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Nursing program.
• Completion of fundamentals of clinicals in an accredited Nursing program.
• 0-1 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care within scope of practice, including vital sign monitoring and hygiene assistance.
• Communicates effectively with the care team, including handoffs and reporting changes in patient conditions.
• Develops clinical skills by asking questions and applying evidence-based practices under an RN guidance.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment meeting safety and compliance standards.
• Assists with basic equipment maintenance and proper storage after discharge.
• Performs hourly rounding and fosters therapeutic patient interactions.
• Documents tasks and observations clearly and timely per policies.
• Upholds excellent customer service relations with patients and families.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains regular attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
