Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Nursing program required
• Completion of fundamentals of clinicals in an accredited Nursing program required
• 0-1 years of experience in a healthcare setting required

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care within scope of practice and monitors vital signs
• Communicates effectively with care team and participates in bedside shift reports
• Develops clinical skills under RN supervision and applies evidence-based practices
• Maintains clean, organized work environment meeting safety standards
• Assists with equipment maintenance and proper storage after discharge
• Performs hourly rounding and fosters therapeutic patient interactions
• Documents tasks clearly and timely per facility policies
• Upholds excellent customer service with patients and departments
