Employee is subject to call back and overtime as required by the hospital.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Performs direct and indirect patient care responsibilities as assigned by charge nurse and/or preceptor. Ensures patient safety. Documents delivery of patient care and other pertinent information in patients’ medical record and updates plan of care for assigned patients as necessary. Performs responsibilities as related to the safe disposal of hazardous pharmaceutical waste. Communicates information regarding patients and unit operations to RN Preceptor, Charge Nurse, Clinical Manager, Director, and other shifts in a timely manner using proper lines of communication.
