The AI is accountable for student outcomes and acts as a resource for students providing support, remediation, and referral as needed. The AI shall maintain professional competence in their specific discipline through such activities as practice, continuing education programs, conferences, workshops, seminars, academic courses, research projects, and professional writing. The AI participates in community and institutional service activities which contribute to the mission of RHS and RCHC.Essential functions are fundamental job duties, knowledge, skills and abilities that are necessary to perform the position. For all College Instructor and Staff positions, standards are intended to apply to all educational delivery methods residential, blended and/or distance as feasible.
