University Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a physician-led care team providing primary and preventive care, and ongoing health maintenance for selected patient groups.

The role involves caring for well, acutely ill, and chronically ill patients in a hospital setting on site in Texas. A BSN and Texas RN licensure with current BLS is required, ACLS preferred, with patient-centered, collaborative care a cornerstone of the role.

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION

BSN is required. Recent patient care experience in transplant or at least one year of experience as a registered nurse is required. National certification in transplant is preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas. Must maintain current AHA BLS or higher. ACLS preferred.
