Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery (CAPS) in Dublin, OH, seeks a Nurse Injector (RN or NP) to join a premier aesthetic and plastic surgery practice. The role delivers neuromodulators and dermal fillers, supporting Aveli treatments and post-procedure follow-ups in a luxurious, patient-centered setting.

The successful candidate will have an active Ohio RN or NP license and at least five years of injection experience, with strong communication and safety ethics.

Qualifications

• Active RN or NP license in Ohio required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on injection experience in medical or aesthetics setting.
• Strong proficiency with neuromodulators and fillers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, ethics and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) per CAPS standards.
• Conduct thorough consultations, health histories, and treatment documentation.
• Review treatment plans and case notes for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Ancillary Clinical Director and COO on clinical operations.
• Participate in vendor-led and internal training for ongoing skill advancement.
• Manage patient care plans, follow-ups, and rebooking to ensure outcomes.
• Uphold OSHA and infection control standards in treatment area.
• Support departmental objectives and growth initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and integrity in all interactions.

Position Overview

The Nurse Injector (RN or NP) delivers exceptional patient care through injectable treatments such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical procedures. The Nurse Practitioner will also support Aveli treatments and post-procedure follow-ups.

Reports To: Ancillary Clinical Director

Key Responsibilities

Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) in alignment with CAPS’ standards of care.

Conduct thorough consultations, health histories, and treatment documentation.

Review treatment plans and case notes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Partner with the Ancillary Clinical Director and COO on clinical operations and development initiatives.

Participate in vendor-led and internal training for ongoing skill advancement.

Manage patient care plans, follow-ups, and rebooking to ensure optimal outcomes.

Uphold OSHA and infection control standards within the treatment area.

Support departmental objectives, meetings, and growth initiatives.

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and integrity in all patient interactions.

Qualifications

Active RN or NP license in the state of Ohio (required).

Minimum 5 years of hands-on injection experience in a medical or aesthetics practice.
