Responsibilities

• Administer botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal filler injections with precision, ensuring optimal results and client satisfaction
• Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Perform advanced aesthetic procedures such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox, and microneedling
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to all health and safety regulations throughout every procedure
• Manage client records accurately
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and potential side effects to ensure positive outcomes
• Support retail sales by demonstrating products, upselling treatments, and promoting ongoing skincare routines

Skills

• Proven experience as a Nurse Injector or similar role within a med spa or cosmetic clinic setting
• Strong knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, aesthetic laser treatments, and other non-invasive procedures
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients and build lasting relationships
• Management skills to coordinate appointments, maintain inventory, and support front desk operations
• Familiarity with all state protocols
• Ability to perform all injections, fillers, and microneedling
• 3 years of injection experience
