HealthWave Restorative Wellness in New Jersey seeks an Aesthetic Injector to provide personalized injections and aesthetic treatments in a professional, client-focused setting. You will assess client goals, explain options, and administer injections within your scope and regulatory requirements.

Duties include consults, documenting treatment plans, performing botulinum toxin and dermal filler injections, explaining risks and aftercare, maintaining sanitation, and supporting front desk and retail

Qualifications

• Must hold current nursing license or other qualified injection credential.
• Strong customer service, communication, and client consultation skills.
• Experience in the beauty industry is valued.
• Familiar with salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is a plus.
• Additional beauty-industry skills may be useful.

Aesthetic Injector

Job Description

As an Aesthetic Injector, you'll provide personalized aesthetic treatments in a professional, client-focused setting. You'll assess client goals, explain suitable options, and administer treatments within your professional scope and applicable requirements. Your impact: Thoughtful treatment planning and clear aftercare guidance help clients make informed choices and support safe, positive experiences.

Duties

• Consult with clients, review relevant health information, discuss expectations, and document treatment plans and outcomes.
• Administer injection treatments, including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, and provide other aesthetic treatments within your qualifications.
• Explain risks, aftercare, and product options; respond to questions with clear, respectful client communication.
• Maintain sanitation, prepare treatment areas, and follow applicable safety and recordkeeping procedures.
• Support guest services and front desk coordination; assist with retail sales, product demonstrations, and social media management as assigned.

Qualifications

• Required: Current nursing license or other legally recognized qualification to administer injections, as applicable; demonstrated injection administration skills and knowledge of sanitation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and client consultation skills; experience working in the beauty industry is valued.
• Preferred: Experience with botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatment, chemical peels, or dermabrasion.
• Familiarity with salon software, including Millennium or MINDBODY, is an asset; management experience is also valued.
• Additional beauty-industry skills—such as cosmetology, hair styling or extensions, threading, eyelash extensions, nail care, waxing, tattooing, barbering, makeup application, color theory, straight-razor work, deep-tissue massage, hospitality, sales, and upselling—may be useful in supporting a broad range of client needs.
