Qualifications

• RN or NP with aesthetic injecting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and cosmetic injectables.
• Passion for natural-looking outcomes and ethical aesthetic medicine.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Interest in advanced techniques and continued growth within the industry.
• Experience with the portfolio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments safely and effectively.
• Assess facial anatomy and provide full facial balancing recommendations.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation.
• Build and retain strong patient relationships through exceptional care and results.
• Collaborate with the team on treatment planning, patient experience, and practice growth.
• Participate in trainings, continued education, and content creation when needed.
