Job summary

Naked Beauty in New York, NY is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to join as an Aesthetic Injector. You will deliver dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and related procedures while upholding the highest standards of patient safety and care.

You will perform evaluations, discuss goals, prepare injectables, maintain documentation, and contribute to a patient-focused experience. Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses who are interested in a rewarding Aesthetic Injector career. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest medical integrity with a heart for servant leadership and always promote the patient's well-being by providing the highest standards of care.

Annual Salary Range: $50–65/hour + bonus eligible

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, including but not limited to medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans, and explanation of aesthetic results, risks, and benefits.
• Perform aesthetic services including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling, and medical grade chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room, etc.).
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals, and overall well-being.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assist clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Confidently and competently consult on and complete comprehensive treatment plans.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed.
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels as needed.
• Must be available Friday and Saturday.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge of aesthetic nursing care methods and procedures.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Valid nursing license.
