Job summary

Milestone Centers Inc., a subsidiary of Partners For Quality, seeks a Nurse for full-time day shifts in Warren, PA. The role supports medical health services for individuals with developmental disabilities and requires a PA RN or LPN license with 5 years in Medical/Surgical nursing.

Responsibilities include training, policy reviews, data analysis, and collaboration with local health providers. Excellent benefits and a generous leave program are offered.

Qualifications

• Act 33 and Act 34 clearance and FBI background check, if applicable.
• Valid PA Driver’s license.
• Current and active Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License or LPN License.
• Registered Nurse or LPN with at least 5 years of nursing experience in Medical/Surgical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training (face-to-face, online, webinar and home-study) to increase competency and capacity of medical health care in the community.
• Assist with the review of health practices and policy development in areas defined by the Lead County and MOC.
• Assist in reviewing reports and investigations of deaths, injuries, accidents and hospitalizations for trends and outliers agency and county-wide as requested by county personnel.
• With state, regional, and other HCQU staff, analyze aggregate health patterns and trends.
• Maintain professional relationships with all Agency Providers, staff, Supports Coordinators and Case Managers, local health care providers, hospitals and hospice providers.
• Research, develop and present informational materials and products that will assist, educate, and support individuals with developmental disabilities as well as their caregivers/staff and community health professionals.
• Attend HCQU sponsored functions and activities and perform duties as requested by management team.

STATUS: Full Time; 37.5 hours / week

SCHEDULE: Weekdays, 37.5 hours per week (Daylight hours, No weekends or holidays)

LOCATION: Warren, PA

SALARY: $34.00/hr
