Job summary

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs, intake, outputs, and weights; report changes to RN.
• Assist with treatment prep and procedures under RN direction.
• Perform baths and basic hygiene measures as directed by RN.
• Assist with specimen collection and delivery to labs.
• Support patient mobility and safety with proper body mechanics.
• Submit charges for supplies and report equipment needs to nurse manager.
