Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Nursing/Diploma.
• Must obtain a valid nursing license within 120 days of hire.
• Board eligibility from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs, intake, outputs, pulse oximetry and weights accurately and report changes to RN.
• Assist and prepare patients for treatments, exams and procedures as directed by RN.
• Administer baths and basic hygiene measures as directed by RN.
• Assist with collection and delivery of specimens to labs in a timely manner.
• Weigh, lift, turn and reposition patients using proper body mechanics.
• Submit proper patient charges for supplies/equipment and report equipment in need of repair.
