LumiMeds Health, Inc. is a remote-first telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are seeking a licensed nursing professional to manage patient messages, provide routine clinical support, and coordinate follow-ups within scope.

In this role, you will work remotely across the United States, communicating clearly, prioritizing inquiries, and adhering to HIPAA-compliant documentation and clinical protocols during U.S. business hours.

Formación

• Must hold an active US nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN).
• Bring patient care, telehealth, or clinical support experience.
• Communicate clearly, prioritize inquiries, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Location: Remote – United States; available during U.S. business hours.
• Professional-level English required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage patient messages through the telehealth platform and address routine clinical questions within scope.
• Escalate complex medical concerns to providers and coordinate timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols, including HIPAA.
