Job Summary and Qualifications

The Nurse Extern provides high-quality, patient-centered care by performing delegated basic nursing functions and activities of daily living. Under RN supervision, assists in patient care according to skills and departmental needs, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. Must be enrolled in an accredited nursing program and capable of performing higher-level procedures upon competency.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in an accredited Associate or Bachelor's Degree nursing program.
• At least 1 year of nursing school completed, including Fundamentals of Nursing.
