Nurse Extern Ortho Spine PRN Nights Position Summary

The Nurse Extern role is designed to provide expanded clinical experience for professional (RN) nursing students and to assist the Registered Nursing staff by performing patient care activities. This includes participating in patient care planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation, as well as reporting significant observations to a Registered Nurse.

The following requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for the role.
