Enrolled students, or recent graduates, contribute to patient care across various units while developing core nursing skills. This program supports part-time, PRN, or full-time schedules and offers exposure to multidisciplinary teams, with compensation aligned to experience and education.

Qualificações

• Nursing student enrolled in an accredited ADN, BSN or MSN program, or graduated with ADN or BSN within the previous 1 year.
• Student must have successfully completed at least one clinical rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on clinical support to the nursing team in a hospital setting.
• Assist with patient care under supervision to align with established standards of practice.
