Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care by assisting with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, aiding mobility, and ensuring comfort and hygiene.
• Perform nursing tasks such as wound care, catheter care, specimen collection, and basic procedures as competency grows.
• Document care accurately and communicate updates with the nursing team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Assist patients and families in understanding care plans and health recovery expectations.
• Maintain clean and safe patient areas, follow infection prevention practices, and manage equipment.
• Engage in learning opportunities and growth planning with your supervisor or preceptor to build your career.
