Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living and basic nursing care.
• Explains procedures to patient and participates in instruction as needed.
• Provides meals, helps with feeding, and maintains a calm, sanitary environment.
• Obtains vital signs and records results.
• Transports and positions patients as directed and monitors patient condition.
• Documents care provided clearly and accurately and respects patient confidentiality.
