Qualifications

• New York State RN license in good standing is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver staff education and training programs.
• Coordinate orientation for new nursing staff.
• Ensure ongoing competency and regulatory compliance.
