Job Description:

Our RN Clinical Educators have a unique opportunity to use their clinical nursing expertise in a role outside direct patient care, while continuing to collaborate with healthcare professionals and advocate for patient well-being through medical device technology.

You will be responsible for training and educating Registered Nurses and Physicians on hemodynamic devices primarily used in critical care and oncology units.

· Your focus will be on in-servicing and education only; this role involves no sales responsibilities or bedside care.

· A desire to grow your skills in clinical education is essential.

· This is a per-diem position requiring travel and flexible scheduling.

· You will undertake 1-2 assignments per month, each lasting 3-5 days, traveling regionally and nationally to support customer needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff for medical device implementation.
2. Assess customer-specific educational needs and collaborate to deliver effective training.
3. Utilize your clinical nursing expertise to address questions and concerns regarding the medical device.
4. Provide updates, reports, and feedback to clients during and after assignments.

Job Requirements:

• BSN and RN license required.
• Hemodynamic experience is essential.
• At least 2+ years of ICU, Oncology, ER, or critical care experience within the past 5 years.
• Leadership experience (e.g., manager, educator, preceptor) is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with basic software programs is required.
• Experience with IV pumps is preferred but not necessary.
• Super-user or pump education experience is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills are necessary.
• Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate professionalism.

The estimated base pay range for this role is $37-$39 per hour, depending on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may apply.
