Responsibilities

• Provide nursing expertise in developing and enhancing educational products
• Evaluate the clinical accuracy of subject matter expert recommendations
• Conduct research on learning outcomes and user feedback to enhance product effectiveness
• Engage in scholarly research, present at conferences, and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across product lines and apply Agile methodology for product development

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing
• Current licensure as RN or APRN and recent clinical practice
• Clinical teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate level
• PhD or DNP in Nursing, Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE), or Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) preferred
• Experience in integration of technology in nursing education or software development is helpful

• Demonstrated experience in content and simulation development and integration within nursing curriculum
