What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide nursing expertise in the development and enhancement of educational products
- Evaluate the clinical accuracy of recommendations from subject matter experts
- Monitor medical content and treatment protocols to ensure alignment with evidence-based practices
- Conduct research on learning outcomes and user feedback to enhance product effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous product development and improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master of Science in Nursing
- Current licensure as an RN or APRN and recent clinical practice experience
- Clinical teaching experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels
- PhD or DNP in Nursing, Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE), or Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) preferred
- Experience with technology integration in nursing education or software development is helpful

- Demonstrated experience in content and simulation development within nursing curriculum
- Engagement in scholarly research and publishing in peer-reviewed journals
- Active participation in nursing educator events and conferences
