• Identifies and validates learning needs using assessments and surveys.
• Develops educational programs and curricula based on current research.
• Implements orientation, in-service and continuing education for staff/patients.
• Evaluates effectiveness of offerings and documents competencies.
• Provides leadership as a resource and helps assess clinical competence.
• Develops clear communications and AV materials for programs.
• Uses marketing strategies to promote programs internally and externally.
• Maintains professional affiliations and pursues growth opportunities.
