Job summary

Ohio State University is seeking a Nurse Educator (NPDP) for the Central Onboarding Team. This role supports onboarding, competency development, education, and professional growth within an interprofessional healthcare setting.

The NPD practitioner leads learning initiatives, acts as a change agent, mentor, and champion for NPD, contributing to practice transitions and ongoing professional development of nurses and UAPs.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing AND masters in related field (i.e. MHA, Nursing Education, etc.).
Two years of nursing experience is required.
Current Ohio RN license required.
