Job summary

Brookestone View is seeking a Full-Time Staff Development Nurse (RN or LPN) who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and elevating team performance. You will lead orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education for the nursing staff.

In this role you’ll collaborate with nursing leadership to identify training needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence. Your clinical expertise and coaching will empower caregivers to deliver exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting others.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, compassionate, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to organize educational programs and track training requirements.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Participation in the nurse leadership team's on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For

• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting others
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to organize educational programs and track training requirements
• Current CPR Certification or willingness to obtain
• Participation in the nurse leadership team's on-call phone rotation
