Job summary

Community Hospital is seeking an experienced Nursing Education Specialist to develop and coordinate oncology education programs. You will work with Nursing Management to implement annual skills days, orient new staff, and administer the learning management system.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, 1 year in clinical education, and current Colorado RN licensure; oncology experience is required and OCN is preferred. Compensation includes education benefits and competitive PTO.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing and 1 year of clinical education experience preferred, or equivalent.
  • Prior oncology experience required.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Current RN license in Colorado.
  • OCN preferred.

Requirements:

  • Prior oncology experience required
  • Current BLS
  • Current and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado
  • OCN preferred

Compensation:

  • $40.00 - 46.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.
  • Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increases, market adjustments,
    recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available.
