Job summary

Hancock Health in Indiana is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with oncology expertise to provide direct and indirect patient care for cancer patients. The role emphasizes chemotherapy knowledge, patient advocacy, and adherence to safety and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

ADDITIONAL LICENSURE/CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

RN, OCN certified or certified within 18 months of date of hire. ONS Biotherapy & Chemotherapy Certified within 30 days of hire.

ADDITIONAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Annual Education: Confidentiality and HIPAA Corporate Compliance Fall Prevention PPD Campaign Quality Assessment Performance Improvement Safety & Security Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering chemotherapy and providing care coordination and education to cancer patients in an outpatient setting
