This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the right person.**We are an accredited school located in the South Bay of LA. We are expanding into allied health and nursing education. Immediate plans include launching a focused licensure test-preparation program (NCLEX and related exams) to support aspiring nurses and allied health professionals in passing required licensure and certification tests.We have a strong administrative team with experience in navigating federal, state, and accreditation requirements.We have an outstanding campus in Redondo Beach that is zoned to permit classroom based medical education. From the start, a key metric for success will be exam pass rates.Position Title: Program ManagerLocation: Redondo Beach, Los Angeles (on-site, hybrid, and fully online components)Reports to: Director of Academic Programs / Campus DirectorPosition Summary: We seek an experienced Nurse Educator with demonstrated teaching skills to help design, lead, and deliver nursing licensure-focused test-preparation programs and courses. They will also help develop nursing and allied health certification programs.Working with the academic and administrative team, the program manager will help develop curriculum and assessment materials, teach classroom and review sessions, assist in hiring additional instructors, advise and mentor students, and collaborate with clinical partners.We will offer the successful candidate an equity position in this school.
